Valid values are EXTERNAL_SIGNAL_CHANGE_TYPE_VALUE_CHANGED, EXTERNAL_SIGNAL_CHANGE_TYPE_INITIAL_VALUE and EXTERNAL_SIGNAL_CHANGE_TYPE_CONNECTION_RESTORED.
